Startup Headhunter Reeracoen Focuses on Developing "Ultra Tech" HRtech Services

Startups headhunter from Japan Reeracoen Indonesia is now focusing on developing the HRtech product "Ultra Tech" this year in line with its ambition to become a leading company by solving social problems through human resources and technology.

This product has actually been launched since January 2018 and is ready to be promoted again considering its strong correlation with key services Reeracoen.

To enjoy these facilities, employees simply access the Ultra Tech application and fill out the application. In the application, employees can also view the history of submissions and cancel applications that have been submitted further.

For company owners, they are not required to open additional bank accounts, change their payroll system or HR system. Moreover, no additional workload is required.

Ultra Tech Achievements

Indonesia became the first country outside Japan to try this product. Next Ultra Tech was rolled out to Thailand in December 2018. In Japan itself, this service has been operating for three years.

Suryanto claims that Ultra Tech has been used by 142 companies with a total of 50 thousand users as of January 1, 2019. The location is not only in Jakarta, but has spread to Surabaya and Medan.
