Freeware Spaces Plans to Add Two New "Co-Living" Branches in Jakarta

Already has a prototype in South Jakarta, rent a special living space for tenants Freeware Coworking Space

After launching co-working space Freeware Labs and Freeware Suites, at the beginning of 2018 the Freware Spaces Group again announced the latest innovation targeting entrepreneur in the homeland. Utilizing existing space, Freeware Spaces Group has inaugurated Freeware Living (co-living) named The Stay Antasari27.

To DailySocial, the CEO of Freeware Spaces, Aryo Ariotedjo, revealed that the idea he founded co-living This stems from his personal experience, which is often difficult to find rental properties in Jakarta, which currently have very high rental prices.

"The concept is similar to boarding houses. Indeed, overseas, such as the United States, the concept of boarding houses does not exist, that's why they are also referred to as co-living."

Even though it is ready to be rented, the branch co-living New Freeware, which is located in Antasari, South Jakarta, is claimed to be still a prototype for research and development expansion studies co-living Freeware Space Group. In particular the Freeware Spaces Group built co-living for supplement housing needs for current tenants.

Two new branch expansion plans

Even though this prototype concept only has 16 rooms, however Freeware Spaces Group have plans to launch two new branches co-living in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta. For these two locations Freeware targets to add about 500 rooms.

"What makes the difference co-living and boarding houses maybe we will highlight more public facilities for tenants such as gym, coworking, lounge, and curated tenant content," said Aryo.

For tenant orders from co-working space Freeware can place orders through the site. For how long the customer stays, Freeware co-living does not give a definite time limit.
