Pinhome Launches Application, Accommodates All Stakeholders in the Property Business

Startups proptechpinhome launch the app mobile devices which is designed to reach all users, be it users who are just learning to invest, looking for their first residence, property seekers, property owners, and people who want to rent their property through Pinhome.

The presence of this application is in line with the company's mission to make property more accessible for the public to own a residence through easy, fast, and transparent transactions.

The company representative explained that, unlike other applications, Pinhome provides a one-stop property transaction guide, starting from the search process to handover, and consulting features for prospective first property buyers.

Furthermore, Pinhome's superior features allow consumers to determine the type and budget of the property according to their needs, arrange visit schedules, estimate prices according to the type of payment, mortgage/KPA financing guidelines, and payment options. Then, filter to find property details by primary, secondary, and auction categories, so consumers can search for properties below market prices.

Currently, Pinhome has hundreds of thousands of registered primary and secondary residences, thousands of property agents, dozens of banks and financial platforms, and thousands of PHS service partners who have also become part of the Pinhome service ecosystem.
