Nurseku.id Focuses on Bridging Nurses' Training and Placement Needs

Enables hospitals to connect with nurses and provide the best quality care to patients

The Covid-19 pandemic has limited the space for people to move in such a way, including those involved with health facilities. People who tend to be afraid to visit hospitals have resulted in a higher level of demand for medical nurses. Through this service, Nurseku.id aims to address existing gaps in the market by not only providing connections to job creators but also capacity building support for aspiring talents without appropriate nursing certifications. In the curation process, it is certain that nurse candidates must have a STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) as written evidence provided by the government to health workers who already have a certificate of competence.

Focus on bridging the needs of nurses

In the early stages, Nurseku.id managed to get support from UMG IdeaLab, created by technology innovator Kiwi Aliwarga. The company is currently in the midst of exploring the possibility of closing the Pre-Series A funding, but has not yet been able to name the investors involved.

In terms of monetization, Nurseku.id runs a profit-sharing model with successfully hired health workers. In addition, this business model also generates money from support services for talent and health care institutions.
