Catalog is menu where you can create, delete, add, subtract and distribute products from Jubelio to all channel sales, both onlinemarketplace and webstore) or offline (physical stores and Jubelio POS).

You can create a catalog with products that have different variations (sizes and colors). The way to differentiate a product that has variations is to create an SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).

Products that have different variants (colors and sizes) must be separated based on SKU so that the number of stocks is not mixed. That way, the stock in the Jubelio system will be the same as it is in marketplace and also the stock in the actual warehouse.

Enter Menu Goods -> Select Menu Catalog.

Within the catalog menu, you'll find several different tabs:

• Menu In Review: Filled with the product that you want to change or is currently displaying on the marketplace (if stock has been replenished).
• Master Menus: Filled with products that are neat and displayed on the marketplace. Usually, a product has various variants (colors and sizes).
• Variation Menu: Contains a list of attributes that can becustomize as desired, such as low stock limits, priority stock limits, bundles etc.
• Upload Failed Menu: Filled with a list of products that have been entered into Jubelio but there are technical problems that cannot be processed.

Product Inventory Feature

Inventory of goods shows complete data regarding the number or quantity of stock recorded in the Jubelio application. These data are recorded in detail until they are distributed to your various business warehouses and will be displayed on marketplace and webstore as information that the product is still available and can be ordered by customers.

How to see Inventory of goods in Jubelio:

Enter menu Goods -> Select Supply

Other things that can be seen on the Inventory menu:

• Cost of goods sold: See the latest HPP in Jubelio.
• Inventory Value: Amount of Total Stock in Stock.
• Not sold: Total Items not Sold in 90 Days.
• Import Stock: To do stock taking.

On this menu, You can make the stock limit run low to your liking. The goal is to make it easier for you to see if the product needs to be sold stock in the near future or not.

How to set a low stock limit:

Entered into Catalog -> Select product in menu Master/In Review -> Click Product -> login to Sales and Purchase Info  -> Set low stock limit -> Save.

Order Management System Features

An Order Management System is the process you do behind the scenes to manage and fulfill orders coming in from buyers. This system covers all aspects from sorting incoming orders to sending them to buyers. 

Through this feature, you can record and process orders through one dashboards just. You can sort your orders by time, order source, courier, and more.
