DIVA Releases "Instant Messaging" Platform for Modem Rentals

Distribution Voucher Nusantara (DIVA), a subsidiary of the entity Kresna Graha Investama, released the Instant Messaging (IM) platform for ordering internet access services for customers traveler who wish to travel abroad. There are three products available, namely MiFi modem rental, SIM roaming card, and packages roaming .

This latest service is expected to strengthen DIVA's position for the tourism pillar, complementing the other two sectors that are also occupied, namely finance and telecommunications. In addition, the release of this new service is considered due to the significant growth of holiday trips abroad, especially in the segment among young people.

"Intelligent IM Tour MiFi was launched using the DIVA Intelligent IM platform which is supported by AI technology. Customers can enjoy premium services from us for free through this platform," said DIVA Director Dian Kurniadi, Thursday (15/11).

Compared to similar players, continued Dian, the company is more comprehensive in providing comprehensive services and is assisted by the ecosystem that has been built by DIVA and Kresna Group. The Company is committed to continuously developing features in order to reach more customers.

The method of ordering products is also quite easy, only via WhatsApp by entering the number 0821-1070-0075 or scan barcodes DIVA Tour MiFi. there will be chatbot who is ready to help with all requests with easy instructions, payment will be accommodated via virtual accounts.

For modem rental, customers have the flexibility of time and place to pick up and return the modem. DIVA provides six digital locker points available at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, as well as SIM collection roaming card. For packages data roaming, currently only available for customers Telkomsel.

The modem can be used in more than 30 countries, including Asia, Australia, America, and Africa. For 10 certain countries, such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Macau, the tariff is set at IDR 10 for 1 GB of data capacity for one day use.

The return of the modem can be through a digital locker or by courier. To secure the modem, DIVA sets a deposit fee of IDR 500 thousand. The deposit will be returned when the goods have arrived safely back to the company.

Dian explained that the company has prepared around 1000 modems that are ready to be distributed to customers. In the future, the company will explore purchasing packages to cover Umrah trips and additional country coverage.

Currently DIVA is still in the process stage bookbuilding to a public company. If nothing goes wrong, DIVA will IPO on 29 November 2018 .
