Aiming to provide more benefits to sellers and buyers, Lazada Indonesia's e-commerce service has launched a new feature that sellers and buyers can take advantage of. Carrying the hashtag #LazNgobrolYuk, Lazada Indonesia presents the Chat Now feature which is claimed to provide convenience for users and sellers.

The Chat Now feature is expected to help convince potential buyers, because communication is directly through the application. The Chat Now feature can also be used by sellers to build positive relationships. Thus the sales process can be easier, transparent by prioritizing customer service.

"Lazada wants sellers to also be able to provide good customer service online, not just offline. For that reason, we launched the Chat feature," said Head of Digital Marketing, Lazada Indonesia, Haikal Bekti Anggoro.

In addition to the Chat Now feature, Lazada Indonesia also provides optional features for sellers. Among them are, the manufacture of shops (storebuilder), business analysis features that include data analytics for wishlist prospecting and sales performance on desktop and apps.

"In business analysis, the seller will be able to see consumer behavior from buyers and how stores can provide bonuses, discounts, and vouchers to shoppers based on data analytics provided by Lazada Indonesia," said Lazada Indonesia's Head of Seller Service & Training Felicia Natalie Wijaya.

New office

Now Lazada Indonesia has a new office located in the Capital Place Building, South Jakarta. The office which occupies two floors is equipped with auditorium, lounge, dining room, and a workspace with a concept and cleaner open space.

Loaded with color natural and blue, which is signature color from Lazada, the new Lazada Indonesia office has a large space and is designed to provide comfort and accommodate the growing number of employees.

One of the activities regularly held by Lazada Indonesia is Flash Sale. That is the activity of selling products from selected brands for a short period of time. Although claiming that this activity provides benefits to sellers in increasing sales volume, it is undeniable that there are still many people who abuse this activity by deliberately buying goods in large quantities and most of them are not. end consumers.

"We have heard that there are elements (middlemen) who carry out these activities. But we can be sure of the process filtering We have a strict response from us, we have anticipated if there is a buyer category," said Lazada Indonesia CMO Achmad Alkatiri.

In this case, Lazada Indonesia will cancel the order for more than one item and set a limit on the number of items that can be purchased. Lazada Indonesia also denied the allegation that in Flash Sale activities, it only provided goods in small quantities.

"We can confirm that when the Flash Sale is held, we have prepared thousands of products. If the sale sells quickly in a short time, we guarantee it is not because the items are few in number," said Achmad.
