IDN Media Wins Popmama, Targets Millennial Generation Young Mothers

Previously, IDN Media has launched IDN Times, Popbela, and Yummy specifically targeting the youth market

IDN Media today launched a new media service, Popmama, which focuses on providing information about parenting. This site targets young parents and claims to be different from similar services, such as Mommies Daily.

“We are very optimistic and excited about the launch of Popmama.com. We hope that Popmama can become a platform where young families, especially young mothers, can learn, share, and exchange ideas about their experiences as a mother," said IDN Media CEO Winston Utomo.

Previous IDN Media has launched IDN Times, Popbela, and Yummy specifically targeting the youth market.

To DailySocial, Editor-in-Chief Popmama Sandra Ratnasari revealed, Popmama focuses on mothers from the millennial generation and Gen Z.

"Popmama is trying to understand this millennial mama's need for knowledge and information about parenting. In accordance tagline us, Popmama"a parenting guide for millennial moms."

Before joining IDN Media, Sandra had held two media that focused on the topic parenting at MRA Media.

In particular, Popmama has several categories, namely information about pregnancy, babies, children, and lifestyle. Popmama's strategies to increase the number of readers include a 360° strategy for readers and developing a number of tools which is relevant.

"We will also focus on community activities to help moms meet experts and other moms, and social media activities that will help moms find appropriate information and interact with moms without being limited by space and time," said Sandra.
