Practical! Sales and Bookkeeping Only Use One PayFazz Agent Application

Apart from selling by becoming an agent, is there a way to use PayFazz for anything else? Of course there is. Generally, entrepreneurs who have go digital using two separate applications for selling and bookkeeping. However, with the app PayFazz Agent, you can do both in one app.

Even though PayFazz already has its own bookkeeping application, namely PayFazz Buku, PayFazz still maintains the bookkeeping features on PayFazz Agent. Check out the full tutorial here if you are interested in using the PayFazz Agen application.

How to Use PayFazz for Sales

As an agent, you must maximize your sales by taking advantage of the PPOB product purchase and payment features on PayFazz. See the tutorial for buying and paying at PayFazz Agent below.

How to Purchase Prepaid Products

PayFazz Agen has several prepaid products that you can buy, including data packages, cellular credit, PLN tokens, and vouchergame. For purchasing credit and data packages, you can see the tutorial here. For PLN tokens and game vouchers, this is how.

How to Buy PLN Tokens:

• Enter the app PayFazz Agent.
• Select product PLN tokens in the Prepaid product line.
• Then, enter the meter number or customer ID. Click Continue.
• Select the token amount you want to buy.
• Then, proceed to payment using a deposit or agent credit and click Pay Now.

How to Buy Game Vouchers:

• Go to the main application page PayFazz Agent.
• Pilih Game Vouchers on the list of Prepaid products.

• Next, select game vouchers that you want to buy.

• After that, select the nominal voucher.

• Then, select the payment method (Deposit/Credit Agent). Then, click Pay Now to make a purchase.

How to Make Payments for Postpaid Products

There are many postpaid products that you can pay through PayFazz Agen, including postpaid cellular, PLN bills, gas bills, BPJS, PDAM, TV subscription, telkom, finance, and the United Nations.

On this occasion, I will provide a payment tutorial for one of the postpaid products, namely postpaid cellular. Here are the steps:

• Open the application PayFazz Agent and select the product Mobile Postpaid in the list of Postpaid products.

• Enter the postpaid cellphone number to be paid. Then, click Continue.

• Next, you will see the nominal bill that must be paid. Proceed to the payment method selection and click Pay Now.
• If there is no charge on the mobile number, you will see a notification The bill has been paid.

How to Use PayFazz Agent for Bookkeeping

Besides being used to sell credit and bill payments, you can also use PayFazz Agent to record incoming and outgoing transactions and record debts.

How to Use the Warung Cashier Feature to Record Transactions

PayFazz has a feature called Kasir Warung that you can use to record sales and expense transactions. Here's how to use the PayFazz Warung Cashier feature.

How to Record Sales:

• Enter the app PayFazz Agent.
• Unlock features Stall Cashier in the Stall Tools column on the app homepage.

• Press the button Sales green on the bottom right.

• Enter the amount of money that comes in as a result of sales on PayFazz.

• Then, enter the nominal capital price and fill in the sales record (if necessary).
• Then, select the payment status. Is it paid off or not.
• Next, enter the contact if any.
• After that, click Save.

• Your transaction has been successfully recorded. You can print a PDF of the transaction receipt by pressing Print PDF or print via bluetooth by pressing Cetak Bluetooth.

• If you don't want to print the transaction receipt, click Done.

How to Record Expenses:

• Unlock features Stall Cashier on the app homepage.
• Click button Expenditure in red at the bottom left of the page.
• Enter the amount of money that comes out.
• Add notes if necessary.
• Then, mark the status of the transaction (Paid/Unpaid).
• Then, select customer contact if any.
• After that, click Save.

• Press Done to return to the main page.

How to Record Debt in the PayFazz Agent Application

For transactions that have not been paid off, you can record them in a different feature, namely the Record Debt feature. You can find this feature in addition to the Warung Cashier feature. See the tutorial below to record debt in the PayFazz Agent application.

How to Add Customers:

• Enter the app PayFazz Agent.
• Unlock features Record Debt on the app homepage.

• Next, press Add Customer.

• Click Add New Customer if your customer contacts are not saved.

• Then, enter the customer's name and phone number (if applicable).

• Then, click Save.

How to Add Customer Accounts Payable:

• Go to features Record Debt on the app homepage.
• Select the name of the customer to whom you want to add a payable record.

• Click button Give Money coloured Red. 

• Enter the amount owed by the customer and a note (if any).

• If you have, click Save.

How to Record Customer Debt Payments:

• Unlock features Record Debt on the app homepage.
• Select the name of the customer who has paid the debt.
• Then, click the button Receive Money green color.

• Then, enter the amount of money you received along with a note if necessary.

• Click Save.
