How to Register GoFood Online on the GoBiz App

Registration Stage

There are three stages that you will go through to register as a GoFood partner. The first stage is the registration stage. Here are the steps:

• Open the GoBiz app and press GoBiz . List on the main page to register your business.

• Next, you will be asked to complete your business data. Among them are owner identity data, bank account information, business information, information o, and service options.

• In the field of filling in the owner's identity, enter Name according to ID Card. Then, attach ID card photo that you have prepared. Contents ID card number and place of birth date according to ID card.

Verification Stage

If your data is not rejected but also not approved, it means that your data needs to be corrected. You will get a notification to fix this business data in the GoBiz application and e-mail. You will be given 14 days to correct the data.

If your business data is approved, you will see a notification on the GoBiz application or a notification via email e-mail that you have registered. Then, you can do the next process, namely activation.

Activation Stage

If you have passed the verification stage, you will be asked to complete the data o by following these steps:

• On page Restaurant profile, add restaurant profile photo by pressing Plus on the restaurant's profile photo. Follow the conditions listed on the GoBiz application.

• After that, add a food category for your restaurant with a click Plus next to sectionFood category. Then, click Save.
• Next, set your restaurant's operating hours every day with a click Change. You must set your restaurant operating hours at least 3 days a week and 3 hours a day.

• Then, add a menu list for your customers to see. Press Add Category to add menu categories and food menus. 

• When filling out the food menu, provide a photo of the food by clicking add photo. Make sure the food looks attractive and clear on the picture. See the following photo conditions so you don't go wrong.

• Then, fill in the menu name, description and price of the food menu.
• After completing the data o and food menu, then your restaurant will be active on GoFood.

How to Register GoFood directly Offline
