How to order Go-Food now, pay later at the end of the month

The PayLater feature is increasingly pampering Go-Jek consumers, you can order first when you get paid at the end of the month

Go-Jek some time ago was official launch a new feature called PayLater, a feature that will pamper consumers even more where consumers can order services on Go-Jek and pay for it later at the end of the month.

The good news is that I, who live far from big cities, finally felt the PayLater feature on Go-Jek and tried it right away.

In general, how to order Go Ride or Go-Food using PayLater payments is no different from other types of payments. The difference is only in the payment process, where you have to move the default payment that used to use cash or Go-Pay to PayLater.

  • Run Go-Jek, then select the service you want to order, either Go-Ride or Go-Food. In this trial case, I chose Go-Food.
  • Then select the food you want to order. This step is the same as usual, nothing new.

  • The difference is, when in the next stage, namely at the payment stage, tap on the payment option in the panel that I marked below.

  • Then three payment options will appear, one of which is PayLater, tap the option.

  • Next, please order as usual, all procedures are the same as ordering Go-Jek services with other conventional payments. All Go-Jek drivers should not object to this payment method.

Manage PayLater Bills on Go-Jek

To make it easier to manage bills and others, Go-Jek has provided a special room that can be found in the Go-Pay menu row.

  • Tap the More button, then another option appears, one of which is PayLater.

  • This page shows all your transactions using PayLater, including information on the balance that can be used and all previous transactions.

  • To make a payment, all you have to do is click the Make Repayment button and the system will display a payment panel via Go-Pay.
  • Then to see all the bills that have been paid, click the button on the top right right next to the help button.
  • Later all the bills that have been paid will appear here.

The PayLater-style pay-behind feature is indeed being widely practiced by a number of startups. Ovo, Traveloka and Tokopedia have also started aggressively selling similar features. Of course, consumers will benefit, especially those who do not have credit cards.
