Hangry, a Culinary Startup Helping Local Brands to Enter the Global Market

hangry is a culinary startup in Indonesia, which has a cloud computing-based restaurant concept or cloud kitchen and multi-brand. Through its services, this startup is committed to becoming a successful F&B culinary company not only in the local market, but also globally.

This culinary startup was present in 2019, which was founded by Abraham Viktor, Robin Tan and Andreas Resha. Hangry was born in the midst of a fast-paced culinary business, coupled with the service trend on-demand which is increasingly in demand by the public.

By carrying out the concept cloud kitchen, this startup  focus on serving consumers through delivery services (delivered). Unlike conventional restaurants in general, the concept cloud kitchen itself does not serve meals directly on the spot.

Hangry is also committed to being one-stop-solution for consumers in the culinary business. One of them is by having an application Hangry App, which allows customers to order culinary products from brands under its auspices online, in one order.

Have a Variety of Culinary from Various Brands

This start-up, has several brand culinary with a diverse menu. Among them, namely Moon Chicken with Korean-style fried chicken, San Gyu with authentic Japanese dishes, Koplo Chicken with geprek chicken and various chicken dishes, and Dari Pada with coffee and other drink menus.

There is also a price that is set on each menu starting from the range of Rp. 15 thousand to Rp. 70 thousand per portion. Apart from being available in the startup application itself, these culinary products are also available in various services food delivery others, such as Gofood, Grabfood, ShopeeFood and Traveloka Eats.

Until now, this startup already has 73 outlets in several regions in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi and Bandung. Hangry said he would continue to expand its territory in order to maximize business.
