GoLife Closes Five Services, Focuses on GoClean and GoMassage (UPDATED)

GoLife, lifestyle services Gojek, announced the gradual closure of its five services starting from December 31, 2019. The services only leave GoMassage and GoClean as the main focus. In total, this application has been downloaded more than 6 million times, both on Google Play and on the App Store.

This announcement began to be published simultaneously in the application. In his explanation, the GoLaundry laundry service, GoDaily daily needs delivery, and the Service Marketplace will not be continued as of December 31, 2019.

Meanwhile, GoGlam beauty services and GoFix repair services will begin to close on January 15, 2020. The GoAuto car wash service will be merged with the GoClean cleaning service starting December 17, 2019.

This news indicates a lack of traction for the use of services from GoLife for their daily needs. GoLife left GoMassage and GoClean because in business and loyalty they deserve to be maintained.

According to an official statement, Head of GoLife Wesly Simatupang said that currently the contribution of GoClean and GoMassage services reaches almost 90% of the total orders in the GoLife ecosystem.

"Thus, assessment and refocusing need to be carried out so that business growth continues to be sustainable, while ensuring consumers can still enjoy maximum services from the GoLife ecosystem," he said, Wednesday (18/12).

Wesly is now replacing Dayu Dara Permata who resigned last month.

Give options to GoLife partners

In maintaining the number of GoLife partners, the company has carried out a number of initiatives to ensure partners still have the option of earning additional income, by joining the service Gojek other.
