Go-Med basically the same as the current Apotek Antar service. Go-Jek driver-partners help consumers buy medicines, vitamins, and medical equipment from licensed pharmacies. First is how streamline drug search procedures from the Apotik Antar team to the Go-Jek team and driver-partners. At Apotik Antar, the search for drugs is carried out by an internal team because the availability of a drug varies greatly from one pharmacy to another. This is different from Go-Mart, whose merchandise is practically more uniform and more general. People don't usually wait long and the waiting time when looking for the availability of a drug at the nearest pharmacy should be minimized. The second thing is about drugs with a doctor's prescription and types of drugs that are not sold over the counter. It is true that in the terms and conditions they do not accommodate this, but in the field who dares to take responsibility? These two things are crucial points for Go-Med's success, which must be ready to accommodate a more diverse type and number of consumers.
