GO-FIX and HP Indonesia Present "On-Demand" Printer Ink Service

Services GO-FIX from GO-LIFE, which has been launched since last June 2018, adds service features to users. In collaboration with HP Indonesia, GO-FIX provides a service for purchasing printer ink belonging to original HP Indonesia, utilizing energy runner (GO-FIX partners) to search for products at the nearest retailer and then deliver and install the ink at the user's printer.

In contrast to purchases from e-commerce and marketplace services, which take up to 3 to 6 hours of waiting for the goods to arrive at the buyer's house, this strategic partnership allows GO-FIX to provide printer ink in just one hour, from purchase to delivery.

"In particular, GO-FIX has the same vision and mission as HP Indonesia, which is to provide fast delivery solutions to GO-FIX users," said Head of GO-LIFE Dayu Dara Permata.

To make it easier for buyers to use printer ink that has been purchased at GO-FIX, runner have been given training to install the ink.

"We want to make it easier for buyers by selling original ink from HP Indonesia using runner from GO-FIX," said HP Indonesia President Director David Tan.

Immediately integrated with GO-PAY

After running for more than a year, currently the GO-LIFE application has been downloaded by around 5,5 million people. The GO-LIFE service itself is currently available in around 56 cities in Indonesia. For now, the GO-FIX service for purchasing HP printer ink is currently only available in Jakarta. It is planned that the service area will be expanded in other big cities in Indonesia.

For payment matters, GO-FIX still provides cash payment options. Still in process "staging", later payments using GO-PAY will also be available in the GO-LIFE application.

"Currently we recorded service home appliance service to the most popular gadgets by users. Through this collaboration, we want to provide new conveniences and services to GO-LIFE users," said Dayu.
