Glints Apply AI Technology to Automate Employee Candidate Sorting

Claims can speed up the recruitment process, from an average of 40 days to 14 days

After officially launching in Indonesia in early 2016, the technology-based recruitment platform Glints continue to strengthen its service capabilities. Today (06/11) they announced the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in their products.

An example of its application is in the product Talent Hunt, AI technology allows companies to automatically screen candidates based on the criteria the system learns from the previous process. In the Glints database, there are currently around 29 thousand job candidate profiles that companies can take advantage of.

AI technology is also applied to actively provide candidate recommendations according to company needs every week. This mechanism is claimed to increase the efficiency of the company's personnel team, instead of doing screening methods candidate profile and CV manually.

"As much as 60% of HR time is spent on sorting out candidates' CVs that are actually irrelevant. The available time cannot be used optimally. Here, AI technology can be used to reduce wasted time and help companies make decisions more efficiently. fast and good," said Glints Product Manager Rahel Maharani.

In addition, notification of acceptance/notification and interview scheduling are also arranged using an automation system. With the efficiency given, Glints claims to be able to cut recruitment time which usually reaches 40-50 days to 14 days.
