SaaS provider for business digitization Feedloop.io announced the change of name to Feedloop.AI, following the presence of AI Co-Pilot to drive business process efficiency.

Rebranding and fundraising

Feedloop was founded by Ahmad Rizqi Meydiarso, Muhammad Ajie Santika, and Ronaldi Kurniawan Saphala in 2019, which focuses on providing Low-Code Platform solutions for businesses and companies through QORE products for digitization and application creation.

Feedloop.io decided to rebranding became the Feedloop.AI platform, which allows companies to create their own AI Co-Pilot to streamline business processes. Feedloop.AI, which is supported by OpenAI from Microsoft Azure, provides features for the company's internal needs, including as a source of knowledge, virtual personal assistants, to increase productivity automatically.

Feedloop.AI can be integrated with the company's database, either in PDF format, website, or other documents. That way, this can be used to share product knowledge company to internal employees and customers.

Furthermore, Feedloop.AI plans to raise new funding this year. "Currently, Feedloop is in the process of raising funds for the series A stage to strengthen our position as a major player in the AI ​​industry," said Adjie.

Previously, Feedloop has earned initial funding from angel investors as initial capital to start operations. In 2021, Feedloop gets funding pre-series A from TMI, Aksara Ventures, and East Ventures. This funding allows Feedloop to further develop products and services, as well as expand its business reach.

Low-coding development

Although already popular in the United States and Europe, developing solutions with little coding (low-code) and without coding (no-code) considered to be still in the introduction stage in Indonesia. According to Ajie, understanding and awareness of these benefits and potentials need to be improved.
