Content Marketing Platform Developer Startup "Feedloop" Gets Initial Funding from East Ventures

Helping marketers create interactive content such as surveys, quizzes and digital stories

SaaS startup in the field of Feedloop marketing today (19/6) announced the acquisition of early stage funding (seed funding) from East Ventures and several angel investors. Regarding the nominal received, no further information was given. The additional capital will be focused on building interactive and cutting-edge content experiences, so that it can help companies in their initiatives "brand activation".

Services Feedloop provides tools for marketing staff to create interactive marketing campaigns, in the form of surveys, quizzes, and stories that can be shared on social media or posted on apps and websites.

"Today's consumers want a two-way dialogue with brand. Just showing ads and promoting products or brand no longer effective. Brands must invest in building content that sparks dialogue and provides added value to consumers," said Feedloop Co-founder & CEO Ahmad Rizqi Meydiarso, previously Co-founder of Kata.ai.

"Feedloop can accelerate a creative campaign until it is accepted by the public, while reducing costs when compared to campaigns created by vendors," added Ronaldi Kurniawan, Co-founder & CTO of Feedloop. "Because of this, we're eliminating the difficulties of marketing staff, and enabling them to focus on what's more important, which is the creative process. We're also enabling them to continuously improve themselves through user feedback that comes from our analytics system."

According to PwC, the growth of digital media spending in Indonesia is one of the fastest in the world. PQ Media estimates that advertising spending in the country could reach US$12 billion. Despite the huge expense, the marketer's biggest challenge is to design a memorable customer experience across the board to improve brand engagement, resulting in a higher ROI.
