  • First, log in to your Toko account on the Tokopedia platform.
  • Select menu Order Complained to see a list of complaints that have been submitted by customers.
  • Select the complaint you want to respond to, then click Select Solution.

  • To overcome problems with products that have not been received, select a solution Tokopedia Checks the Delivery Process to start the investigation process.

  • Select the courier used to send the product and enter the relevant delivery receipt number, then click Save.

  • Click Accept Solution to start the settlement process.

  • Next, you need to wait for a reply notification from Tokopedia. This could be confirmation of receipt of the complaint or further direction. If necessary, you will be asked to participate in further discussions with the customer to resolve the issue. Make sure to provide clear information and a satisfactory solution.
