DailySocial Report: "Budget Hotel Apps" in Indonesia 2017

In recent years several applications & web aggregator budget hotels operate in the Indonesian market. People are increasingly familiar with using these various apps because it has been proven to save consumers spending and time in preparing their lodgings and trips.

DailySocial.id in collaboration with JakPat mobile survey platform has conducted a survey on the Budget Hotel application, which was responded by 1005 respondents whose samples were taken from all smartphone users from all over Indonesia.

Some of the survey findings include:

• More respondents (65,87%) reported that they often travel out of town for vacations rather than for work
• Most respondents (65,77%) prefer to make hotel reservations, especially budget hotels, using apps or websites web aggregatorbudget hotels than other methods
• It turns out that special budget hotel applications in Indonesia are not yet popular. The average is only used by less than 10% of respondents. Zen Rooms (11,64%) is the most popular, followed by RedDoorz (9,65%).
