"We see that there are a lot of MSMEs in Indonesia. If you want to do digital transformation yourself, the costs will be very large. That's why we want to help them accelerate digital transformation, especially now that it's still a pandemic so it should be done go digital, said Dondy.

NEO WEB has been launched since February 2021, has various features such as NEO Web Hosting, NEO Dedicated Hosting, NEO Domain, NEO DNS, to NEO Web Space which is an independent site creation service with a Graphical User Interface and Drag & Drop model. Prices start from IDR 10 per year for NEO Domain services and IDR 20 thousand per month for NEO Web Hosting.

Even though the price is affordable, in the NEO Web Hosting service, customers already get a domain name, a large capacity to put a website, to a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate. For larger needs, customers can upgrade to NEO Dedicated Hosting service or Cloud Server owned by Biznet Gio under the brand NEO.

"Our target is to reach MSMEs that need quality digital infrastructure at affordable prices because many of them want digital transformation but are confused about how and what services to use," added Biznet VP Sales and Marketing Gio Cornelius Hertadi.

It is hoped that this year's NEO WEB can reach new customers between 80 thousand to 100 thousand MSME players, from the current position of 20 thousand MSMEs.

"Development of the third data center located in Banten is a form of commitment to become a local cloud computing player who can compete with foreign players who are starting to arrive in Indonesia, by continuing to provide services and features that comply with industry standards," said Dondy.

Another advantage that Biznet Gio brings is the connectivity between data centers through a closed network (private network) of 10 Gbps without passing through the internet network, which is provided without additional costs or additional installation to customers.
