Astranauts Conference 2023 from Astra, Discuss ChatGPT to the Latest Hot Topics
The 2023 Astranauts Conference is part of the Astranauts program series, a competition for developing innovation in the digital and technology fields for startups and students in Indonesia.
Astranauts Conference 2023 will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2023 with the theme "Building A Sustainable Future Through Technology". This conference event is the first event this year which is also part of a digital competition held by Astra.
Launching from DailySocial.id articles, Astra's Chief of Group Digital Strategy, Paul Soegianto disclose, sustainability is the main focus of Astranauts 2023 because digital innovation is needed to be able to answer business and technological challenges that can contribute to this issue, namely how to produce sustainable innovations that can have a positive impact on society and the environment. In addition, this theme is also in line with Astra's aspirations in supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia.
The Astranauts Conference 2023 itself will take place for one full day, from 09.00 to 19.00 WIB at Catur Dharma Hall Menara Astra, Jakarta. More than 20 tech leader, industry leaders, and policy makers will share insight interesting in their respective fields. As previously mentioned, the 2023 Astranauts Conference itself is part of Astranauts, a competition for the development of innovation in the digital and technology fields for the startup and students in Indonesia. The target participants are the perpetrators startup and active students with diploma, bachelor, or master degree.
There are different requirements between the two categories. Participants from the category startup must have Minimum Viable Product (MVP), product traction, and are allowed to have received external funding from investors, but not exceeding $10 million (equivalent to almost IDR 150 billion).
Meanwhile, participants from D3, S1, and S2 students are allowed to work individually or in groups, and can submit ideas that have not been implemented and have not been commercialized.
The finalists will present startup or their business ideas in the Demo Day session, and ending with the 2023 Astranauts Awarding on 7 June 2023 and continued with the Astranauts Conference on 8 June 2023.
The Astranauts 2023 winners are from both categories startup and students will get cash prizes worth a total of hundreds of millions of rupiah. In addition, the winners will also have the opportunity to collaborate and join the community startup Astra (Astra Startup Community).
