Add Investment, Astra and Gojek Establish "Joint Venture"

PT Astra International Tbk (Astra) and Gojek today (4/3) announced an agreement to form a joint venture (j) for business development ride hailing four wheels. Astra also announced its involvement in the first phase of the funding round F series Gojek with an investment value of $100 million or equivalent to Rp1,4 trillion. In total, Astra has injected around 3,5 trillion Rupiah into funds Gojek.
