By filling in the product dimensions (length, width and height in cm), you can use this feature to calculate the volume weight accurately. The Tokopedia system will then automatically choose the heaviest weight between the actual product weight and the volumetric weight.

It is important to remember that product dimension measurements must be taken when the product is ready to be shipped, including inside packing like cardboard, bubble wrap, or packing wood if needed. So, you must measure the dimensions of the product after the product has been packaged with these protective materials.

Basic Calculations Used in Volumetrics Features

• If the Volume Weight has been calculated, please click Save.
• A notification pop-up will appear providing guidance on measuring product size and the basis for calculating the Volume Weight formula. You can click Understand or close the pop-up.
• You will receive information about which products have the potential to have a high Volume Weight. In this section, please click Understand or close the notification pop-up.
