The Official Otomoto Application Launches, Helps Calculate Used Motorcycle Prices More Valid

The Otomoto application officially launched its presence today (3/10), to maximize the value of motorcycles owned by the community, considering that motorbikes are no longer just a means of transportation but a valuable asset.

Automoto is a rebranding Sumo 365 app with service booking motorbike repair shop. Sumo 365 is an acronym for Solutions for Motorcycles and Cars Online, while 365 means 365 days of the year.

For the time being, Otomoto is only available for the Android version, while the iOS version will soon follow. In general, Otomoto has wedges with similar services, for example Moladin which last July received an injection of fresh funds of Rp17 billion.

Compared to the previous version, Otomoto enriched the features not only providing features booking, but also includes features Price Engine, Smart Inspectionand Loan.

With a passion for improving previous applications, Otomoto was designed using data analytics, algorithms, and automation to deliver user journeys the maximum.

Business can be seen from the four new features presented by the company. Featured service is PriceEngine to predict the selling price of vehicles accurately based on vehicle data. It is claimed that this feature is present for the first time in Indonesia.

Users simply enter the type of vehicle, year of production, number of kilometers, in seconds the estimated price can be seen directly from the smartphone screen. The price ranges shown are the forecast ranges for general market price fluctuations.

It's just that this feature can only be used for Honda brand motorcycles, and several types of Suzuki, Yamaha, and Kawasaki brands with a maximum vehicle age of 10 years.

Users can also check the physical condition of the motorbike in detail through the features Smart Inspections which involves certified professional mechanics according to standards issued by ATPM (Brand Holder Sole Agent). Inspection takes approximately 15-30 minutes.

From the inspection results which are divided into five categories, the user will have the option to improve the condition of the motor by making repairs. This step will ultimately increase the selling value of the motorbike.

These five categories can be used as price references when users want to sell to used motorcycle dealers or individual buyers. Even when going to apply for a loan to finance which has partnered with Otomoto. One of them is Adira Finance for the Tebet and Alam Sutera branches.

This automotive financing feature comes with the name Loan. This feature connects users to various companies finance to repair the motor or other needs.
