KlikTeknik's E-Commerce Services Focus on Selling Engineering and Industrial Tools

KlikTeknik was founded in 2015 by Steven Koentono. His initial journey started from continuing his parents' business in the field of engineering and industrial equipment in Central Java (offline stores). Before deciding to create an online channel, Steven conducted a survey to consumers, the findings were that many consumers in (other) areas had difficulty finding spare parts they need due to limited stock in their area and non-transparent prices.

Before actually going into managing his own site, Steven tried to sell spare parts at Tokopedia. And after one month, it turns out that the customer's response is good and he understands more that there are indeed problems and limitations for consumers to meet their needs spare parts specific to the physical store.

“I developed KlikTeknik with the aim of providing access for consumers to find various engineering and industrial equipment products from various agents/importers/principal and provide convenience for consumers to shop practically through online,” added Steven.

Currently, KlikTeknik's customer service handles more than 70,000 business and individual customers per month, with an average number of transactions of 500 transactions. KlikTeknik.com has also been trusted by PT KUBOTA Indonesia to be the sole distributor for marketing KUBOTA products through online.

“In the future, we plan to develop a mobile application to make it easier for consumers to access KlikTeknik.com and shop. We also plan to cooperate with payment providers, banks, retail, and government agencies such as cooperatives to provide practical and reliable payment services that can reach more consumers," concluded Steven.
