Jendela360 Pockets 14 Billion Rupiah Funding, Led by Beenext

The funding round was led by Beenext followed by Prasetia Dwidharma, Everhaus, and strategic investors

The startup that first popularized the use of 360 virtual tour in the property sector in Indonesia, Jendela360, announced an initial funding of US$1 million or equivalent to 14,2 billion Rupiah led by Beenext. Several investors also supported this investment round, including Prasetia Dwidharma, Everhaus, and a local property consultant.

Windows360 is startup poptech based marketplace which connects users, property owners and agents in one platform. Virtual tour content with 360-degree views is a unique value offered, which is expected to improve user experience in determining the property unit to be rented.

This funding will be focused on improving the company's O2O (Online to Offline) strategy. In addition, the company also wants to recruit more of the best talents in the property world, including developing an academy or training system that can produce professional property agents, and improving brand awareness Window360.

Furthermore, users can visit the selected apartment accompanied by the Jendela360 team. If after the visit matches the unit, the consumer can make down payment until the handover of the unit and its supporting documents.

In Indonesia, business competition in related sectors is quite tight. Several companies also continue to strengthen consolidation. In early 2018, Singapore-based property site developer 99.co officially announced its acquisition of the local platform Urbanindo. Not long ago they also formed j with REA Group, a property company online from Australia who operates iProperty and Rumah123.

Apart from the two groups of companies, PropertyGuru also operates a business unit in Indonesia. They run two sites, namely Rumah.com and Rumahdijual.com which were acquired at the end of 2015. In Indonesia, its operations are also supported by the EMTEK Group conglomerate as an investor in the series D funding round.
