How to Add a Whatsapp Business API Channel to the SIRCLO Chat Dashboard

  • Start by logging into your SIRCLO Store account.
  • Select the SIRCLO Chat menu and activate the service by clicking Activate Now.
  • After activation, you will be directed to the chat dashboard.
  • You can login using your admin panel access.
  • Select the Conversation Channel option with the message box logo, then click Add Conversation Channel.
  • In the channel options, select Whatsapp to continue the process.
  • Enter the Conversation Channel name for WhatsApp, then click Register Now.
  • Please log in to your Facebook business manager or Meta business suite account.
  • Click Continue to grant permission to SIRCLO as a Business Solution Provider.
  • Select the option to create an account or use an existing account to register for WhatsApp Business Api.
  • Fill in business information such as WhatsApp name, business category, and business description.

Make sure the name you use meets Facebook's terms and conditions. If the name you use is different from the legal name of your business registered with the legal entity, don't forget to click the My display name is different from my legal business name checkbox.

  • Continue by registering the number you will use.
  • Verify the number by entering the OTP code received.
  • After verification, WhatsApp Business API account registration is complete.
  • Click OK to return to the Chat dashboard.

Chat Limits and Business Verification
