Get to know Recruiters that Provide HR Applicant Tracking System (Updated) Solutions

Claimed to be the first SaaS startup for human resources applicant tracking system and offers solutions with Silicon Valley standard technology

Segment business to business (B2B) although it has its own challenges for Indonesian startups, in fact, it does not dampen the courage of Indonesian creative people. Another startup that has just entered the B2B segment is Rekruta. This startup provides a solution software as a service (SaaS) for human resources applicant tracking system for Indonesian companies.

Recruitment was initiated by two young Indonesians who had completed their education in the United States and had a career there. Two of Rekruta's co-founders, Silvia Pratama and Yanuar Wibisono, tried to share their experiences to develop Rekruta. Yanuar previously worked at Quora and Silvia worked at SFO Airport.

Recruitment itself is claimed to be the first startup in the SaaS field to human resources applicant tracking system in Indonesia. In simple terms, the solution offered by Rekruta is a solution that can ease the work of companies that have many job applicants to be able to speed up the HR recruitment process and make decisions based on aggregated data through a set of tools and automation provided by Rekruta.

The automation system that has been prepared is complete starting from the selection stage until the applicant is decided to be accepted at the company.

"Rekruta's main function is to help growing companies plan, implement, and optimize the recruitment process," explained Silvia to DailySocial.

Recruitment and confidence are accepted in the Indonesian market

According to Silvia, currently most of the employee recruitment systems in Indonesian companies still use a manual process. This is what Rekruta is trying to help with the solutions they provide.

“Rekruta wants all these manual processes (employee recruitment) to be automated, by using our very sophisticated platform. Rekruta clients can get all the features, from analysis, interview kits, email job applicants, interview schedule work, Gmail sync and so on only through one platform only," said Silvia.

He also explained that the technology and automation system provided by Rekruta had Silicon Valley standards, as well as the security guarantee of the Rekruta system.

“Recruit also uses encrypted data. We believe that our automation process can help companies improve the efficiency of their HR recruitment performance. If companies have tried the Rekruta platform, we are sure they will understand the unique values ​​and more that Rekruta has to offer,” added Silvia.

Current Recruitment Condition

Currently Recruitment is still relatively new. Recruitment just did soft launch and only available in version private beta. In other words, Recruitment is only available for companies or organizations that submit demo requests on the official Recruitment page.

“At this time, Rekruta's focus is on the satisfaction of our clients. Recruitment will continue to try to add automation features that can increase the efficiency of HR recruitment in the company. Rekruta is committed to providing premium services to our clients," concluded Silvia.
