Cooperating with Ericsson, Indosat Ooredoo Presents "Cloud-Ready Revenue Management"

Allows Indosat Ooredoo to provide product and package services according to customer demand

To provide new offers related to charge billing faster to the public, Indosat Ooredoo has a partnership for the next 5 years with Ericsson. Later, a Revenue Management System, called Ericsson Revenue Manager, will be implemented, which will enable Indosat Ooredoo to provide product and package services according to customer demand in Indonesia.

“Indosat Ooredoo is a Data Experience leader, where we will provide what customers need. In line with our collaboration with Ericsson, we will rapidly offer new data products and services that support the growth of our Digital service portfolio, which will eventually enable the 'Internet of Things'," said Alexander Rusli, President Director & CEO of Indosat Ooredoo in a release.

The simple configuration of Ericsson Revenue Manager is claimed to reduce dependencies on the Technical Department, simplify and speed up the launch of new services, and support future-proof operations in the face of changing customer demands and technological disruptions.

“We are proud to be working with Indosat Ooredoo in a digital transformation strategy in Indonesia. This collaboration proves that Ericsson Revenue Manager innovation provides a different experience for customers. This cooperation agreement is our main focus in the process of transforming our customers in forming and accelerating Network Society in Indonesia,” said Head of Ericsson Indonesia and Timor Leste Thomas Jul.
