"Vista Hill was founded based on the opportunities we saw in the market. Very few hosts (hosts) who gets the order quantity. Most properties have good locations, hardware which is good but the management is not there," said Bukit Vista CEO Jing Cho Yang.

Bukit Vista's business model is subscription based (subscriptions). The company does not take any revenue unless the property is booked. The company's business engine is profit sharing that has been stated in a certain percentage amount and is agreed upon by both parties.

Although there are now many other platforms that offer related services hospitality, however Bukit Vista claims to be the only platform in Indonesia that improves management to be technology-based and always innovates in its processes and systems. In accordance with the company's dream of becoming the most innovative hotel company.

Impact of the pandemic

Currently, partners who have joined Bukit Vista can directly access web-based services. Bukit Vista provides guest arrival lists, automated revenue reports, staff management and more. Bukit vista has more than 180 properties that are managed exclusively in the Bali, Yogyakarta and Nusa Penida areas. The company also has plans to expand its market not only in Indonesia, but throughout the world.
