Bank Mandiri and Youtap Indonesia Establish Strategic Cooperation to Encourage Adoption of Financial Services and Digital Banking to Business Players

Youtap Indonesia, a technology company that provides all-in-one digital solutions, is again innovating and developing its digital services to help business people in Indonesia by collaborating with Bank Mandiri. This collaboration will not only further strengthen the various financial services offered by Bank Mandiri but will also further complement financial facilities such as non-cash payment services and digital lending for the Youtap merchant partner network, which has reached 150 thousand partners both in scale enterprise large and SMEs.

At the start of this strategic collaboration, Bank Mandiri and Youtap Indonesia introduced cashless digital payments through the Livin' by Mandiri digital banking application at all McDonald's outlets. The launch also took part in collaborating with McDonald's to hold a promotional program which was very successful by recording more than 170 thousand transactions within 3 days. Currently, McDonald's is still running a promotional program cashback up to 50% every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until August 2021. This program is also intended to introduce and educate QR-based payment services through the Livin' by Mandiri application with the CPM method (Consumer Presented Mode) which is faster and more convenient to use for Bank Mandiri customers.
