So far, Lila has recorded that the largest transactions chosen by users in Elevenia are mostly from bank transfer with a percentage of almost 50%, followed by credit cards at 30%. Meanwhile, for other payment methods, such as e-money, the number is still small, only 1%.

"We see that currently users are still having difficulty making payments with e-money, because usually each operator has limitations and does not give freedom to its users, maybe this can also be used as input so that operators can correct it," said Lila.

The interesting thing that was also conveyed by Lila was that so far elevenia had never offered a payment method using Cash on Delivery (COD), a payment option that has been quite popular with e-commerce buyers in Indonesia.

"We saw that from the beginning COD tended to fail as much as 30%, for that Elevenia has never added COD payment options now and so on," said Lila.
