Kitabisa Officially Acquires Amanah Githa Insurance

PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Amanahjiwa Giri Artha (Asuransi Amanah Githa) has officially changed its name to PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Kitabisa. This information also confirms the news of the acquisition by the Kitabisa donation platform which has been circulating since last year.

This name change has been approved by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through decision letter KEP-283/PD.02/2023 dated 29 December 2023.

"By granting a company business license, PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Kitabisa is obliged to carry out business activities to always apply healthy business practices and always refer to applicable laws and regulations," as quoted on the OJK website.
