Boosting VR Content Growth, HTC Introduces Viveport Application Portal

Even though developer have repeatedly emphasized that Virtual Reality not just for Gaming, it seems image it still cannot be separated from the minds of the majority of consumers. The proof is, HTC feels the need to design a new application portal to accommodate non-personal VR content.Gaming.

The company behind VR headset The Vive recently introduced Viveport, an app store that will specifically house a suite of content in various categories; from education, social media, news, sports, health to Shopping though.
