Convert Transactions Into Installments Flexibly Using Split Pay From Jenius

Split Pay allows users to revise transactions that have occurred into installments with the source of funds coming from Flexi Cash.

The pioneer of digital banking in the country, Jenius from Bank BTPN, continues to be committed to providing complete and relevant financial services. One of them is by introducing the Split Pay feature which helps users revise transactions that have been made into installments with a source of funds connected to the Flexi Cash product (Jenius personal loan product).

Split Pay provide financial flexibility for all Jenius users. In general, all transactions starting from IDR 500 thousand made in the last six months can now be converted into installments that can be adjusted according to user preferences. On the Jenius official website, there is a list of transactions that can be converted into installments starting from; transfer to other and interbank, cash withdrawal, payment via QR queues, transactions with Jenius Pay, e-wallet top up, purchases of foreign currency balances, to bill payments (except zakat and others).

Then how to enjoy this Split Pay service? After transacting the user can immediately choose the installment option with Split Pay via widget which appears together with the successful payment notification or via the transaction details page. With the flexibility offered, users can determine their own installment tenor according to the user's abilities.

One additional thing, this Split Pay service can only be used by Jenius users who already have Flexi Cash, a personal loan product for various needs with a limit of up to Rp. 200 million. Every time you use Split Pay, the user's Flexi Cash limit will be deducted according to the selected number of transactions to be converted into installments. The Split Pay feature helps users to manage transaction types flexibly. In an urgent situation, for example, the Split Pay feature will really help users to have the freedom to revise regretful transactions by converting them into installments.

Furthermore, in his statement, it was said that in a research conducted by Jenius some time ago on 116 respondents with an age range of 21-40 years, there are three main reasons people decide to choose transactions using the installment method. Mentioned, as many as 38% of respondents said to regulate cash flow well, 18% to reduce the payment burden, and 16% admit that access to installment products is easy to do. From the results of the same survey, 86% of respondents choose the installment method when making transactions on E-commerce and 14% on offline store or merchant.
