Concept peer-to-peer community marketplace that brings together travelers from around the world with local residents of the visited area, allowing users to travel around the city with people who actually live and live in the city visited.

“Essentially Triprockets provides a unique opportunity to experience and enjoy the city firsthand through the eyes of a local local, learn about the local culture, share ideas and make new friends every day,” said Raymond.

netting host (host) and user

Currently Triprockets can only be accessed via the site, but the plan is to release Android and iOS applications to make it easier for users. To increase the choice of activities and tourism activities, Triprockets is still recruiting host user at the same time.

"The business concept that we offer is a new business concept, especially in Indonesia, where this type of business concept is less popular than creating a marketplace like Bukalapak or Tokopedia. So just like Go-Jek when it first started operating, we will continue to try to get more host especially in Indonesia," said Raymond

Most host or local guides who have joined come from Australia, the Netherlands and Japan. To increase the number host Indonesia, Tripcrockets is running a program "We're on the Hunt for 10,000 travel-entrepreneurs" in Indonesia and in Singapore through social media.

"Our target at the launch in August, we have more than 100 activities from all over Indonesia, apart from the activities offered host from another country."

Monetization strategy and payment options

For the monetization strategy launched, Triprockets takes 10% commission on every booking made by the user and will be deducted directly from host.

"For example, if an activity costs IDR 100 thousand, we will take IDR 10 thousand in commission and we will deduct it directly from the company host, so that on the day of payment host only received Rp 90 thousand. Next we will create a cooperation program white label or integration API to travel agents, to be distribution channel our other alternative," said Raymond.
