TADA Targets Help Business with "Customer Retention Platform"

The CRP solution is expected to help merchants and businesses increase their profits

TADA is currently in its 4th year of operation as a technology company. Many things have gone through, from name changes to Series B funding led by Finch Capital. In 2020 TADA tries to continuously improve the quality of its services to help more people merchant and business, especially in terms of maintaining user loyalty.

TADA is currently carrying the concept customer retention platform. Their solution is more about how merchants or businesses can get more users and keep them through a series of strategies.

Currently more than 400 brands have joined TADA. The marketing strategies applied are also varied, ranging from digital to digital membership, subscription, referraland digital rewards platform. They are also trusted merchant operating in Malaysia and the Philippines.

Founder & Managing Director of TADA Antonius Taufan explained, customer loyalty is the goal of every company. This loyalty can have a good impact on came back. Unfortunately to get user loyalty is not an instant thing. One way to gain customer loyalty is to strengthen engagement.

"Through the membership program, you can try to focus on customer experience or customer experience. Every positive experience felt by consumers will affect the satisfaction they feel. When there is satisfaction, consumers will continue to make repeat purchases," explained Antonius.

TADA sebagai customer retention platform offers such management and strategies. TADA currently based closed loops, meaning that each brand has its own points and cards, thus providing engagement exclusively between the brand and the customer.

But in terms of redemption rewards they support open and close loop rewards. With hundreds of merchants in it, TADA is quite optimistic that the ecosystem they form is a value that can be considered by brands in finding solutions to maintain user loyalty.

Plans in 2020

Continuing its journey, TADA is still trying to help merchant and businesses to manage user retention. One of the solutions offered is a subscription program, such as a subscription package implemented in the application Gojek and Grab.

"We want to help brands to have a similar program (subscription package). Likewise with referral where is Tokopedia and Gojek have similar things like Tokopedia Buy Me and Gojek Referral Code. Here TADA helps brands to have a similar program with customer retention suite platform that is owned," explained Antonius.

Antonius added that the ultimate goal of this customer retention program is to increase profits by presenting programs that focus on increasing frequency and transactions per customer. This is in accordance with TADA's mission to become one of the nation's technology-based B2B platforms that are recognized internationally.
