Go-Tix Desktop Platform Now Accessible

Operated by the Loket team, requires separate login outside the Go-Jek account

At the end of 2017, we got information that the Go-Tix platform will be available this year in the form of a desktop / website outside of the Go-Jek application platform that we are familiar with. We found that the service is already operational (in beta) which can be accessed by the public to choose cinema tickets, various concert events, attractions, workshops, exhibitions, and more.

According to the information we received, the launch of this site is in line with the start of the transfer of Go-Jek's line of business to the auspices of Loket. Go-Tix has officially become the third line of business operated by Loket, after Loket for Business (for large-scale events), and Loket.com (for small scale events).

It is said that Go-Tix is a new distribution channel to reach users outside Go-Jek. They can pay for tickets with various payment methods, including credit card, ATM/bank transfer, or Go-Pay.

Previously, in a previous interview with VP Marketing Loket M. Ario Adimas, consumers tend to be more comfortable accessing services on a larger screen when buying tickets at quite expensive prices. It's different when consumers buy cinema tickets, where the decision to buy tends to be faster.

According to monitoring DailySocial, the event content presented by Go-Tix is more or less the same as the one displayed on Loket.com. The categories are not much different. Go-Tix itself is one of many Loket distribution channels that have collaborated with various online services for the sale of event tickets.

Counter business line

Loket.com Loket itself was launched in May 2018. This line is specifically targeted at small-scale event owners, whether it's from the community, paid events, or independent events.

This site cooperates in the affiliate network Distribution Partner Counter (LDP) which consists of a number of well-known marketplace and travel services. For example, Tokopedia, Traveloka, Tiket.com, Blibli, JD.id, Goers, Yes24.com, Sindhen, Panorama JTB, and many more.

In the concept of a partnership with a distribution network, Loket.com sets a commission payment of 3,5% of the ticket price plus Rp. 3 thousand for administration fees. This commission is taken directly from the event organizer, after which it is distributed to the distribution network.

Prior to entering this line, Loket was better known as a ticket management service provider for large-scale events with its product Loket for Business. This line has been running since 2013, providing a wide range of services, technologies, solutions, systems and event management services for event promoters, organizers, and EOs.

This solution is presented to solve event problems in Indonesia, such as ticket distribution, ticket management, payment systems, stage management, brand activation, to brand analysis.
