[Beginner's Guide] How to Invite or Add a Team on Canva
In the app Canva, you can not only be able to design various designs but also can collaborate with a team or fellow users. Adding or inviting a team in Canva doesn't require you to upgrade to premium, and the workspace you use later will also be separated from your design space.
- Run the Canva app on smartphone you as usual.
- Then tap Menu - Create a team.
- There are two ways that can be done to add a team, either by copying the invitation link and then asking your team to sign in or adding an email to the column provided. In this section, you can also specify the level of the added user, whether it's just a member or an administrator.
- After the email address is entered and the invitation is sent, the relevant user will receive an email notification. The user must click the button Accept Invitationsto join your team.
