Interested in Registering Your Trademark? Here are the Terms and Procedures

If you want your business to run smoothly, then registering your trademark with DJHKI or the Directorate General of Intellectual Property is an absolute obligation. This is because by registering a trademark, you will have valid evidence of the registered trademark.

In addition, it is useful to prevent others from using the same Mark as yours. The brand itself is one type of Intellectual Property Rights or commonly referred to as Intellectual Property Rights.

What is IPR?

IPR can guarantee that an inventor/creator can obtain his rights exclusively, both materially and immaterially, for the work produced. IPR refers to two things in general, namely copyright and industrial property rights.
