Focus on targeting the B2B segment, have plans to expand regionally if they get fresh funds

Starting from a recommendation platform and price comparison between e-commerce services, Telunjuk already has a variety of products utilizing data for the needs of corporate clients. "Initially we got an offer from brand who want to see price estimates on various e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. From there we see with engine crawl already owned and the data that has been collected. It would be ideal for us to provide such services and it turns out demandit's quite big among brand."

Introducing Compass

At the beginning of next year, Telunjuk plans to launch Compass, a dashboard containing online market share data, price monitoring, health check placementand monitoring for e-commerce platforms in Indonesia.

"We deliberately take advantage of the trend official store which are widely offered by e-commerce services, such as Tokopedia, Shopee to Bukalapak. Many big brands are starting to take advantage of the platform, but there is still little information and the right way to use it, making our products relevant," said Hanindia.

Presence official store claimed to be able to help drive the company's revenue and sales online.

"I predict that in 2020 there will be more companies adopting technology and of course needing relevant platforms to help them. For that I see 2020 there will be more startups targeting the B2B segment compared to B2C," said Drata.

Next year's plan

In addition to launching the Compass product, Telunjuk also has plans to increase their business vertical. Starting from market insights or surveys for various related parties to insight targeting special segments, such as travel, insurance, and others.

"Although it still focuses on e-commerce services to big brands, it is hoped that Telunjuk can add new products that can be used by various parties. It is still in the trial stage [..]. We hope that in 2020 we can offer these new products to the public, " said Hanindia.

Although not aggressively raising funds, Hanindia emphasized that his party did not rule out the possibility of an offer to raise funds fundraising from investors. The funding is planned to be used by Telunjuk to expand regionally. A country that has similarities in terms of market, so it is ideal to be a target for expansion, is Vietnam.

"We are not too aggressive in raising funds because with the business model we currently offer, getting revenue from big brands and companies is much more ideal and positive for the company. However, if there are investors who match us, it is possible that we will do a Series B fundraising stage," said Hanindia.
