Despite the good intentions, for some reason I got the impression that this activity was more of Telkom's effort to promote its internet services. Landline owners are usually early adopters of telephone technology. So it seems that this community group is not a group of people who are not familiar with the internet. If the goal is to introduce the internet to people who don't know the internet, maybe only a few percent of the 100 landlines are really right on target.

The question then is whether people with landlines but not familiar with the internet have a computer/laptop to take advantage of the available connection. Not to mention the problem of learning how to use the internet.
