Tada Expands Services, Launches “Tada Gifting” Gift Sending Platform

The Tada Gifting engine is used for Giftee businesses in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, to Australia

Developer startup loyalty & reward platforms Tada released the new Tada Gifting service to make it easier for medium to large scale companies to send gifts to their customers, clients, partners and employees. Tada Gifting takes the form of software that allows users to send gifts with a few clicks via a single dashboard.

“Tada Gifting is our latest product launched as an answer to the complexities companies face when it comes to delivering targeted gifts with ease, in order to build relationship and increase loyalty,” said Tada Co-founder Rebecca Agiestha at a press conference yesterday (29/9).

This Tada Gifting platform targets mid-to-high-level companies as users, when they want to give gifts to stakeholder important in its business, from prospects, clients, loyal customers, partners, and employees. As an added value, the company only needs to pay for the prizes provided.redeem only so that gift giving can be more planned and measurable.

Senior Business Director Tada Juan Ariesya added, consumer journeys from Tada Gifting is simple, companies only need Sign up, arrange budget, choose a gift item, send a link to an existing contact via e-mail, SMS, or WhatsApp, and track number of people who redeem the gift. A number of merchant who have collaborated with Tada Gifting, including Alfamart, Blibli, Shopify, MAP Club, Garuda Miles, Lazada, Sirclo, Jubelio, and others.

Gift delivery can also be accompanied by a personal note or message to the recipient, allowing for a closer relationship in the future. “Nowadays, where everyone is very busy and everything is automated en masse, personal relationships built through appreciation such as gifting will make a deep impression on the recipient,” said Juan.

Not just gifting, he continued, Tada Gifting can be an alternative for brand owner companies to send samples of newly released products via email consumers to see the market response. So the choice of gifts can be customized, without having to rely entirely on merchants who work with Tada.

Companies also have the flexibility to send gifts in one voucher, choose one of several voucher options, or can receive more than one type of voucher. This flexibility has not previously been provided by players loyalty & rewards existing in Indonesia. This brings optimism that Tada can develop further regarding this solution.

Therefore, this Tada Gifting solution will be expanded to other Tada businesses outside Indonesia, via Giftee, a Tada investor with business coverage in Asia. According to Juan, Malaysia has also implemented engine from Tada to assist the local government in giving appreciation to workers and social assistance.

Currently, Tada has a representative office in the neighboring country that serves business customers in Singapore and the Philippines. While in Australia, there are business partners who take advantage of engine Tada to use the solution rewards & loyalty to serve the needs of corporations there.

Based on Tada's findings, during this pandemic the trend e-gifts many are given in the form of shopping vouchers at convenience stores or E-commerce and balance e-wallet. This makes it easier for the gift recipient to spend it anywhere. This condition is different from the previous one, where many gift recipients tend to prefer physical goods, especially household appliances, such as rice cookers, electric stoves, and so on.
