"With that plan we want to be a service mobile money which is independent and can collaborate, not only with other telecommunication operators, but also corporations to the government," said Danu.

With the presence of these agnostic products, T-CASH's target is to get a massive number of new users outside of users Telkomsel.

Focus on growing mobile app users

Since its launch until now, T-CASH has had 10 million registered T-CASH users, 60 million transactions per year (annual), and claims that 90% of users have a good experience when using T-CASH.

of four UI owned by T-CASH (USSD, NFC Stickers, Mobile Appand Web-Check Out), most of T-CASH users still use USSD to enjoy T-CASH. The number of mobile application users is considered to be still lacking.

This then became the next focus of T-CASH, namely changing the perception of the use of T-CASH which mostly used cash sticker and USSD.

"We realize that of the many users in Indonesia, not all of them have smartphones to use the T-CASH mobile application, for that reason the use of USSD via SMS is still dominant. But in the future we want to encourage more users to take advantage of mobile applications," said Danu .

Meanwhile, for T-CASH replenishment, or known as CICO (Cash-in Cash-out), the most widely used is charging using ATMs, modern retail (Indomaret and merchants), Grapari Telkomsel, and Bang T-CASH.

"In addition, we have also begun to receive a lot of disbursement of funds initiated by the government, corporations, and even remittances using T-CASH," said Danu.

Present a loan (lending) to SMEs

With a new concept being developed over the past year, T-CASH has six strategies framework, among which is the focus on airtime, offline merchant payments, online payments, remittances/P2P transfers, transportation and financial services (insurance and loans). All of these frameworks will be gradually implemented by T-CASH as a solid framework.

"For remittances itself, only T-CASH has a process real-time, namely money transferred via T-CASH to registered banks can already be directly received by users," said Danu.

As for transportation, T-CASH has plans to cooperate with Blue Bird and TransJakarta as payment service providers. As for the segment financial services, which is currently still in the development stage, can be used by related parties to see credit scoring user.

"We have also collaborated with banks BTPN, BNI, and BTN in terms of providing various amounts of capital to SMEs throughout Indonesia," said Danu.

Next T-CASH target

Apart from breaking away with Telkomsel and become an independent company, T-CASH's next plan is to strengthen customer base which currently amounts to 10 million to 100-120 million within the next 5 years. In 2019-2020, T-CASH plans to enter the scale-up, continued by becoming the main player until 2021.

T-CASH will compete with a number of other server-based payment services, including those initiated by telecommunications, banking and startup companies. The latter are examples such as Go-Pay and DANA.

"As a server-based service, T-CASH is expected to be mobile money providers number one in Indonesia, while at the same time encouraging financial inclusion and cashless society in Indonesia," concluded Danu.
