SIRCLO and ICUBE Conduct "Merger", Ambition to Become a Comprehensive "E-commerce Enabler"

Platform e-commerce enablersSIRCLO announce process to merge with ICUBE, which is a technology solution provider agency E-commerce. One of the goals to be achieved through this corporate action is to combine thousands of clients from both companies that have different business variants.

The business merger also brings together more than 450 employees of the two companies. However, it is said that ICUBE will still operate as an independent entity integrated with SIRCLO services. Muliadi Jeo as Founder of ICUBE will replace Leontius Adhika Pradhana as CTO of SIRCLO; while Leontius switched roles to become CPO.

"SIRCLO wants to continue to provide the best services and solutions for brand to develop business online. We are always open to opportunities to improve our capabilities. When we saw the potential to join ICUBE, we were even more convinced that we could carry out this mission on a larger and more comprehensive scale through the combined strength of the two companies," said SIRCLO CEO Brian Marshal.

Through to mergeIn this case, both companies have ambitions to become a solution provider E-commerce via platform end-to-end which is more comprehensive in facilitating various types of business. So far, SIRCLO has focused on brand large and SMEs. Meanwhile ICUBE focuses on medium-sized businesses that want to have a selling site onlinehis own.
