Sejasa Marketplace Service Achievements and Targets

Since its launch in October 2015, Sejasa has 115 service categories, 13 thousand partners, and more than 10 thousand active users

Of course, there are many reasons why many startups finally try to play in this industry, ranging from the issue of the difficulty of getting services in housing and apartment areas, to the potential that exists, especially in big cities in Indonesia.

From existing observations, there are currently many service startups on-demand which presents a variety of services only focus on a few popular services, such as: laundry, air conditioning maintenance and household assistants. Only a few startups are serious about presenting a variety of services, one of which is Sejasa.

Even though it is relatively new, it was only born in October 2015, marketplace This service from RecomN Technologies Pte Ltd is still focused on the choice of services provided. Starting from AC repair services, home renovations, catering, and many others. As of the end of December 2016, Sejasa claims to have 115 categories, from 13 thousand service providers. For current active users, Sejasa claims to have around 10 thousand more active users every month.

User review process

All this time meritorious fully rely on user reviews to determine the quality of service providers partnering with Sejasa. Sejasa strives to collect reviews and giveaways rating from users in order to determine the quality and assessment of each service provider objectively. Sejasa also invites more users to provide reviews after the service is used.

"Process of giving rating can be done by customer after customer place an order at Sejasa, and we also do quality control to ensure review the valid," said Sejasa Indonesia Country Manager Anthony Eka Wijaya to DailySocial.

Currently Sejasa can only be used on the desktop, mobile site and apps mobile devices Android platform. For iOS itself, Sejasa sees no definite plans to release it in the iOS version.

"Probably will launch in 2017, but for now our focus remains on the Android platform. This is because less than 10% of our service providers use iOS," said Anthony.

For the year 2017, there are still many plans that will be launched by Sejasa, among which is to continue to improve the quality of services and payment processes.

"Currently average rating our service provider is 4.4/5, besides we want to achieve positive unit economics and of course increase the adoption of the system escrow us through SejasaPay," concluded Anthony.
