Marketplace Services Seekmi Services Updates the Appearance of the Application and Presents a New Logo

Service marketplace service Seekmi bring back new innovations. As one of the service providers, Seekmi strives to present relevant needs for the citizens of the capital, while updating the appearance of the application.

To DailySocial, Seekmi CEO Clarissa Leung revealed, not only do revamping application, Seekmi also presents the latest services while changing the appearance of the logo that looks more modern and simple.

"Actually, the service that we just presented already exists, we added several options to provide many services as well as convenience to users," said Clarissa.

New services

One of the most preferred services by Seekmi users is AC service. Having been around since Seekmi was founded, Seekmi's AC services consist of cleaning, installation, and repair services. Meanwhile, for laundry services, Seekmi offers a choice of laundry services based on weight and price per unit. 

“For cleaning services, Seekmi presents a complete selection of building/residential cleaning every month. In addition, Seekmi also provides cleaning services for furniture facilities to carpets and ceramic tiles to glass walls belonging to users," said Clarissa.

Seekmi also provides handyman services, furniture installation, house paint to the installation of electronics and household products in homes and buildings.

To make it easier for users to place orders for favorite technicians or partners on Seekmi that have been ordered before, the Re-order feature was launched in the application.

"We also ensure that the price is in accordance with the standards and affordable for all users," said Clarissa.

Seekmi also provides a guarantee and insurance of IDR 5 million when placing an order on the Seekmi application (for cashless payments). As for payment options, Seekmi also adds payment options with well-known banks, including BCA, Mandiri, BRI, and BNI.

Currently Seekmi has hundreds of thousands of users, meanwhile the number of technicians who have joined Seekmi has now reached 100 thousand people. Seekmi also plans to expand its service area in major cities in Indonesia.

"In addition, we also have plans to raise funds to accelerate business growth," closed Clarissa.
