The first is Radar (Ralali Darat Air Air), a new feature that will help Ralali Kargo's logistics role to connect with various logistics vendors for shipping goods in various remote areas, so that the delivery of ordered goods is not centralized in one city.

"This solution answers the problem that business actors often complain about regarding the very large logistics costs," he explained, yesterday (30/8).

The second feature is Octopus for partners brand from Ralali. It works easy brand monitor product performance and the level of needs of various regions for their product needs through the Ralali agency application, named Big Agent. Octopus provides a significant impact for partners to control the market and distribution according to the character of buyers in various regions.

Joseph explains features fintech is the result of collaboration with partners providing financial services. In the future, the company will add digital goods to this feature, such as purchasing credit, data packages, PLN, PDAM, BPJS, and electronic money.

"Feature fintech already officially available, but just providing financing and insurance. The rest will follow soon. Likewise for Radar and Octopus, both of which we plan to launch before the end of this year."

COO Ralali Alexander Lukman added, features fintech It has been marketed by agents to more than 1.500 SMEs. The total disbursed funding reached Rp. 18 billion.

"Markets that have never been explored before can now get access for expansion and development," said Alexander.

Agent is Ralali's growth motor

Joseph explained that the agency line is one of the engines of business growth in Ralali. Therefore, the Big Agent application is reinforced with various features to support agent productivity. In marketing B2B products, it can't be equated with what people do E-commerce B2C like most.

He saw that the most effective way to approach B2B consumers, especially SMEs, was to meet them directly in the field because the majority of them had not been touched by technology. Potentially, E-commerce B2B is considered bigger than B2C, moreover from various data, it is stated that 60% of Indonesia's total GDP is supported by SMEs.

"Indeed, now in Indonesia, B2C is bigger. But in China, B2B business is twice as big as B2C. This means that we still have a lot of work to do to educate the market. After six years of existence, we see the potential of B2B in the market. outside Java is big, there are many requests to join as agents."

Joseph continued, "The presence of Big Agent sets us apart from E-commerce others, we are defining new ways of doing business."

The Big Agent application has actually been released since last year. The latest data shows that there are 300 thousand agents joined, with dominance in Greater Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Malang, Semarang, Padang and Palembang.

They are not only freelancers, but there are also employees, students, students, and online motorcycle taxi drivers. The age range is between 21-25 years. There are hundreds of thousands of types of jobs that agents can do through the Big Agent application.

However, there are three job services for business people, namely market survey (14,29%), promotion (74,52%), and acquisition (4,25%). The work system is flexible and there are commissions given depending on the work completed.

CTO Ralali Irwan Suryadi explained that all the completed work will be processed as data as one of the main engines big data to identify consumers better and map out buyer transaction patterns. It is hoped that this data processing can become a targeted reference for companies to understand various needs in one digital ecosystem.
