Qontak.com announces Messenger API support new to Instagram in their chat panel and CRM technology, last Wednesday(2/6). This new API enables unique capabilities for businesses to manage their communications on Instagram by integrating Instagram messages with apps like Qontak.com.
This new feature complements Qontak.com as, a pioneering company in omnichannel communication & CRM technology, which has combined the most relevant communication channels like Messenger from Facebook, WhatsApp API, and now Instagram messages, together in one interface. Through this feature, businesses can consolidate information from their CRM and other business systems in addition to Instagram messages.
